Mission:

To provide individual $1000 grants to women within the baseball community to jumpstart their new business endeavors. In creating OBL, we understand the challenges in starting a business in this life and want to empower women to blaze their own path.

While we regularly promote baseball owned businesses through our website and social media channels, we want to be able to help with the financial responsibilities that come along with starting a new company. Our hope is to empower women in this game to follow their own dreams while continuing to support their significant others in their baseball career.
